1.Q: What payment terms you accept, and usually do?

A:We usually accept and do TT payments, 30% deposit in advance, and the balance against the copy of BL.

2.Q: Will you pack the goods with assembly instruction? because we don't konw how to assemble them?         

A:Yes, we put the assembly instruction into the package. If you still don't konw how to assemble, you may consult us.

3.Q: What's your MOQ, and do the price related to the quantity?                     

A:for the MOQ:

 4.Q:Do you provide samples,and what is the sample lead time?

 A:Yes, we can provide most of the product samples. But we will charge a little model fee,if you place the bulk order we will refund the sample fee to you.

The sample lead time usually 5-7 days.

5.Q: What trade terms are accept for your factory?

A:  FOB Tianjin

6.Q: what is your payment term?

A: 30% deposit in advance , 70% balance paid after received BL copy or LC at sight

6.Q: How many days to delivery the goods ?

A: 30-45 days after received your deposit
